Bobbie A. Miller, President and CEO of Advantage Resource Group has been asked to speak at the National American Staffing Association Workshop scheduled in October in Orlando Florida.  Ms. Miller will be presenting on the topic, “Consider The Full Service Model” outlining the decision making process and the steps implemented several years ago to re-engineer her company from a staffing firm into a full service Human Resource company.  Ms. Miller will share her company’s vision to become a full service HR company providing small to medium companies a place to go for any HR need. 

ARG taps into the national market

Bobbie Miller and her son Derek, owners of Advantage Resource Group, recently acquired National Staffing Solutions.  The company, based in Pittsburgh, employs more than a thousand certified Rider Coach/Rider Coach Trainers who offer motorcycle safety training in conjunction with the Motorcycle Safety Foundation and Specialty Vehicles Institute of America.  Derek Miller oversees and administers the Human Resources Functions and payroll processing for National Staffing Solutions employees based in all 50 states.  The purchase of this company gains national exposure for ARG, a locally owned and operated Human Resources company whose services include staffing, payroll processing, drug testing, and managed services.
