What is Temporary Staffing Services?

Over the years, we have worked with a wide variety of clients. We understand that each company is different in the type of work they perform, and the qualifications of staff they need. The only consistent theme is the need for qualified, reliable staff for a certain period of time. We specialize in providing these staff with an equally high priority on serving your individual needs.

Temp

Temp is a word used for a temporary employee. This person is sent to a company on a temporary basis, with assignments ranging from hours to weeks, weeks to months, and even longer.


Temp-to-hire

Temp to hire is an option many employers use in obtaining new employees. In using this service, the employer and Advantage Resource Group employee have the opportunity to see if a more permanent position would be an option. Once a pre-arranged number of hours of service with the company has been satisfied, the employer would be free to hire on the employee. On occasion, the employer may choose to take the employee onto their payroll at an earlier date. In this case, a buy out fee, paid by the company, will be assessed.


Direct Hire/ Executive Placement
  • Direct Hire for entry level positions
  • Executive Placement occurs when higher level executives are sought

All placement follows a contingency search. This means that Advantage Resource Group will be paid an agreed upon fee after the search is complete and the applicant is hired.
